tranzistor can be used any.
it;s used for open or close voltage from lm317.
offcurse you can't use tr-r like bu508 e.t.c,but bc548 it's good.
capacitors,can be used from from 0.1mF.
this 2 resistor make optput voltage value for phone.
for phone need 4.00v-4.22v.
here is simple schematics for conection.

where and how can i get prolific box/cable for odm?

i believe and 1000% not compatible, since it has different hardware, connection(rj45 vs USB), and also diff author.

I still try to figure out about the connection. That means we need to use 1 moto USB data cable (P2K/Mini USB) connected to phone and also this TP cable connected to USB? I guess i will try to find the components 1st in my area. Thanks really great update
