Same here, version 2.05 works OK.
I'm using Windows XP pro build 2600 service pack 3
on english language

Need additional info from PC which not find dongle.
1st is PC parameters like Ram amount and CPU speed.
2nd is screen with message about card not found.( close or hide all applications, run ODMRocker and after it show message about screen - press PrintScr button at keyboard. then insert data in Paint for example and save picture).
picture need compress with arch and attach here, pass please send via private message.

Unpack the archive to any folder.
Make sure folder is not marked as read only.
Right click on exe icon and select "Run as administrator".
Then report results.
