i tried to unlock like you say but every time phone power on on S3550


To unlock Samsung S3550 You need to use Micro USB cable !
If You already have installed Infineon USB drivers

i used this

you need do next:
choose in software s3550
press do job button at bottom of software.
then you will see running blue progress bar under main messages window you must insert usb cable in powered off phone.

explain exactly step by step what you do! not neep power on phone or attach powered on phone. phone must be WITH battery but POWERED OFF and not need press power on phone! just connect it to cable.

known problem. thx for report.
some time phone not accept patched(unlocked) eeprom and restore original(locked). so for this phones only enter code is work. we work under solve problem of direct unlock( only few phones still locked after unlock procedure passed. we try solve this as fast as possible.

unlock error and phone reboot after logo always.
The backup was restored and I live again

what is the problem with rj45 method, the cable is good, I'm using Rocker's AC-101 as com port on COM 5
