Hello!You can Download from Rocker support.But for this you need Rocker.
Another situation is this:If you have Rocker but this is not activate for LG
you can download program but this don't work.Only work if you have Rocker
and is activate for LG.

Downgrade to KP502, then unlock.

Try to unlock as KP570 but didn't work. The only way was doing it as mention above.
