Riffbox v1 modification

I renewed yesterday my riffbox v1 support for emmc support.
I need riff v1 modifiaction schematik for emmc suffort

Simply click "RIFF JTAG Pinout" button.

I saw the picture in Riff software but i never sow for anywhere the pin VCC(i suppous its pin 1 JTAG) and neader VCCIO where are those pins?? Were going the point A and B to RJ45 pin taig?? I found this picture but i don know wich are the value of the 2 capacitor and the other two components tipe, Sorry for my ignorance, am newby, and i have middle knolege in electronic, am not an advace gay.
