- ERROR: Access Denied - Login or Password is incorrect.
In case that You cannot remember Your login (username) or password, please follow this manual to recover it:
RIFF JTAG Box FAQ - How to recover RIFF Update Server password
It's known that users with Hotmail addresses can't receive any e-mails from our servers, hence we recommend users to use Gmail accounts.
- ERROR: e-Mail address does not match the registered one.
Please open new topic in "Account Recovery" section, and post Your RIFF Box Serial Number with new e-mail address You want to use.
- I have a second hand box and previous owner didn't provided me with any details.
Please open new topic in "Account Recovery" section, and post Your RIFF Box Serial Number.
- In case that You can't receive e-mail, or password recovery doesn't work for any other reason:
Please open new topic in "Account Recovery" section, and post Your RIFF Box Serial Number.
Once Your account is re-set, Your topic will be moved to "Solved Ticket" section.
You will need to delete license files from RIFF JTAG Manager directory (*.jml), and You'll have to register new account.
To read Box S/N, please use Admin Client software.
To post in support sections, please join "RIFF Box users" group.
Your posts in "Account Recovery" section are invisible to other users. It is safe to post Your BOX S/N there.
