Take note that server will send Your username too, along with authorization code.

In case that e-mail from server is not received, first check Spam/Junk mail folders. Some e-mail servers have few minutes delay, so You may need to wait until it's received.

DO NOT close JTAG Manager in the meantime.

In case that You got second hand box, or Your e-mail address does not exist anymore, please open new topic and provide log from "Get Box Info". To read box info You can use older RIFF JTAG Manager version from here.

Data what You need to provide:

- Your name
- Your country
- Box Serial Number (Log from Get Box Info)

DO NOT post any screenshots, just copy/paste log from software logging window !
