riff box connecting to the update server error

sir i want to use emmc tool in riff jtag but when i click on check emmc/sd card

box ask for online licence authentication
when connect to online shwo this error

Connecting to the Updates Server...ERROR
ERROR: Couldn't connect to the Updates Server. Try again later.

and when i click on check for update box connect successfully and file download success

please help me how to solve this

i don't have any av or firewall on in my pc

Guess it was temporary issue ! Had this same problem .... try bit later and works well !
