riff box v1 smart card port

I am trying to connect the smart card of another dongle/s via the riff v1 smart card port but the smart card/s never gets detected and I can not even see the smart card devices in the device manager list. is it possible to insert smart a smart card of another dongle into the port and it gets detected and how would one go about that? thank you.

Smart card reader is not designed to do that.
