Qualcomm plugin supports only JTAG Connection and NAND memory layout.

What device you got there ?
RIFF JTAG Manager supports only eMMC and UFS memory over USB TAB, not NAND.

Select ATU -L11, on USB TAB click "Check memory", after init is done move to useful plugins tab and start emmc/ufs partition manager. Select USB:eMMC . . . and click "parse connected memory". In case there is no eMMC/UFS partition manager listed, download "emmcdiskpartitions.dll" from usefulplugins folder.

Note that in case userdata file system is not recognized, device is encrypted and you cannot save userdata that way.

Check if userdata partition file system is recognized as EXT4, as on this screenshot:
              .

              explorer.jpg

If its recognized, then click "Content Explorer" tab and simply browse /media folder. If its not recognized and F/S field is blank, it means that userdata partition is encrypted.
Note that in some phones FBE (file based encryption) is used, where file system is recognized, but files and file names have encrypted content. In FDE (full disk encryption) whole file system is encrypted and unreadable.

That means that userdata is encrypted with FDE method.

There could be some Huawei internal mechanism to delete userlock and save data but its not available for public even if it exists.
                  You're on dead end here.
