You need to select DA (DownloadAgent) manually if phone doesnt accept standard DA.
For preloader, of course preloader file from phone firmware. That is needed because MTK works that way that HW config for RAM/Memory is stored in preloader file.

If you get errors like above, it may mean that there is some HW problem, or that wrong preloader is selected.
