Samsung J-610FN Problem Connecting eMMC

I connect via RJ-45. VCC and VCCQ are out of the box. Lifting resistors CMD and DAT0 are installed.
I receive a message:

Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.53 (RIFFBOX1), JTAG Manager Version: 1.88

Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card...ERROR
Set I/O Voltage reads as 1.80V, SD_CLK Frequency is 490 KHz

Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card Failed (ERR[0071], POS[0001])

What could be the problem?

Just make sure to add pull up to CLK signal.
