Good colleagues, I have followed the recommendations. To use ips via jtag. Please correct me

TCK is CLK?
TMS resistance 1kohm to td0 es dat0?
Tdi resistance of 1 kohm is CMD?
VCCQ and VCC from an external source

Gives error CLK I have tried changing frequency voltage
Placing resistance of 100ohm between the CLK line and VCCQ

Unfortunately it's not easy like in RJ45 port

If you can give me any suggestion since what I am looking for is to be able to use the 8 MHZ that offers jtag and rj45 only gives 2.5

I want to connect emmc´s via Jtag port too, as it is faster compared to rj-45 port, but currently don't know what I'm missing, It would be great if anyone have a tested method.
