Make sure to use latest JTAG Manager and eMMC Plugin.

I'm not quite sure of what You think to achieve by flashing firmware, though.

There is no need for ISP dll as this phone can be flashed even if eMMC is blank.

Download v1.85 JTAG Manager and v5.05 eMMC Plugin first.
Here is pkg file which will restore boot and mbr for P2S:

Please click "Check Memory" on USB tab and post log here, with this PKG selected.

              Addressing Mode ...................... Physical

This should not be case as this MCU uses liner address map.
Only possible in cases where emmc is bad.

Please click check memory, start emmc plugin and parse connected.
Need to see if there are partitions detected.
