Hello! I am new to RIFF Box and have been having trouble with updating my firmware. ive tried searching a lot but cant seem to find a solution to my problem. my firmware mode is RECOVERY and when i try to update firmware it will say "Failed to connect to RIFF Box" and then ill try again and it goes smoothly up to restarting RIFF Box and it says "Failed to restart RIFF Box". the update will succeeded if i right click and then left click again; however, it says that the firmware mode is still RECOVERY. ive tried deleting/ manually re-installing drivers, deleting/ re-installing RIFF JTAG manager, adjusting TCK and RTCK, and nothing has worked. i apologize if this is a stupid question, but i would really appreciate it if somebody can help me

thanks for the reply! i tried reconnecting the usb cable when it said "restarting...." and it would just say "Failed to Connect to RIFF Box" and then "RIFF Box not found" and would close JTAG Manager. im using windows 8.1Comment

After latest update files, in update box firmware, stop in "setting update mode", here is the log:

I have an issue with my RIFF box. When I plug it in and connect it to the JTAG manager box I am told I need to Update my Firmware. I can't complete the firmware update because of an error. This is the message:
