I'm trying to make a dump of this phone S5283, but get this error.

Hi,
You're doing it wrong way.

Click "Analyze JTAG Chain", and after phone gets detected - click "Search for DLL".
This will bring up list of compatible DLL-s, pickup one and read dump using DCC Read/Write TAB.
