I've just sold my unit and thought nothing about needing a code at the time. I have looked all through my booklets and can't find anything that stands out really... There is a little card however that has some details on it liké the serial number which says will need to supplied to the police if it's stolen and has, from memory, a 4 digit number under safety code (again can't remember the exact term) is this likely to be the radio code? Is there anyway I can test it without disconnecting the battery?

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

First remove the radio from the dashboard.

Cheap extractors are available on Ebay
