Sorry....your code will only be available from the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

It is unlikely to be available for free or cheap from anywhere on the Internet

Code 1154 works!!!

Thank you for helping me out! Code 1154 works!

After connecting power to the radio the "SAFE" text appeared. Because we were unable to enter the code, we just switched off the radio and waited 24 hours. (This is the amount of hours one has to wait after 7 failed attempts of entering a wrong code.)

I am getting very curious though, how did you find out?

The decoding software for Grundig car radios (v4) which circulates on the internet needs certain bytes from th eeprom dump, which are all 0xFF in my case. So can someone explain, which bytes are used for the code and how does the decoding takes plays to the four digits?

Thanks masterskay62, I will try the code once the radio allows me to enter something. So far it only shows "SAFE" and I guess I just have to wait some timeout before entering the 1154 code.
