Please help me with my Philips Radio Code!

Car Radio code Citroen

Your radio is made by CLARION and the only CLARION code that can be calculated (using a serial number ) anywhere on the Internet is if your radio also has a BARCODE SERIAL NUMBER beginning with C 7000000 + + + + on a separate label somewhere on the metal casing.
(Note ...not beginning with CL.)

If not then it will only be available from your Main Dealer or a Decoding Service or your local Car Radio / Audio Store who will connect a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM) inside your radio.

Be great if someone could help please. Battery on my car went flat and I am having trouble with the radio now and need the unlock code. It is a Citroen with what I believe is a phillips radio. The model number is PU2294B and serial number CL040230874523.

Citroen Philips Code

Hi,

Be great if someone could help please. Battery on my car went flat and I am having trouble with the radio now and need the unlock code. It is a Citroen with what I believe is a phillips radio. The model number is PU2294B and serial number CL040230874523.

Make sure you press the final button that stores the code ( ¬ or 6 or 5 ) for at least 10 seconds

Thanks for your swift reply, but that doesn't seem to work - actually I remember that that is the code that I was given a few months ago and it did work, but not now - any idea why this might be, or what else I can do?

I already paid for an unlock once for my Clio a few months ago, but unfortunately forgot the code after I had to replace my battery - but now I've found this forum - are you able to help me?
