Sorry my mistake. My 1994 BMW 325I radio is from PIONEER (not Alpine as I mentioned before), would you please try:

Sorry....your PIONEER code cannot be calculated so you will have to try the Main Dealer or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service

If it is an early Alpine then there is a possibility it may use a hardwired code system and will require further technical advice

It is Alpine, there is no barcode or nothing beside the tag with "P40189009B", it is SN.

We cannot decode these using the VIN

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

Post the radio make+model plus all the letters+numbers on any labels,barcodes and a 14 character Serial Number stamped in the metal casing.

This information can then be used to see if a code can be calculated
