I figured out my mistake
Need to press several times on same number till reaching target.
e.g
If code is 6197
1) press on number 1, 6 times
2) press on number 2 only once
...

I tried it before posting this post, will try to explain what I did...
I had in the screen: CODE -- -- -- -- 00
If i press the numbers 5-9 nothing happen!
If i press number 1 the screen changed to: CODE 1 -- -- --
Number 2: CODE 1 1 -- --
And so on.

After applying with 1234 (displayed as: CODE 1 1 1 1) number of wrong retries incresed and now I have:
CODE -- -- -- -- 01

From the printed details in your photo , if the Serial Number on your radio is V243711 then the code is 6197

Try it once only and post the result back here
