Remove the radio from the dashboard and there will be a label on the radio casing.

The PART/MODEL number begins with a P+++++++++ and the SERIAL NUMBER begins with a T+++++++++++++

I would do this but the only one he knew was in Nottingham and I am in Brighton. He sent me the printout showing the code as 32441

Can someone confirm the code I have received is correct or shed any light on clearing the memory.
