Sorry…this is insufficient information

The radio has to be removed from the dashboard

Then post the 14 character SERIAL NUMBER found stamped in the metal casing

Also there may be a SECURITY NUMBER. This is found on a label on the metal casing in the format TOA123 or TA123 or just A123 at the end of a barcode

Also post the make of car

Hi Reg,
Do you use the same database as the guy whose email address you gave me? If not perhaps you could help after all - I emailed and was told no sorry it's not in the database, but the guy said double check and take some photos and send them through. Which I did and, much to my embarrassment, I'd mistaken a P for an R in the serial number - it should be PHAPEFX9067168 not as it appears in the post above... in my defence, some numpty has used a blue marker over the engraved serial number which makes it hard to read!! Is this one in yours?

However this means that 4274 doesn`t appear to be the correct code

Ok - I'm not sure if I've got the right numbers but I did literally write down everyone I saw...


There is a big barcode slapped on the top and the number on the label reads: 9067168
On the same label as the serial number I have two sets of numbers: 9022 314 65659 and M/ch: 066988
Then on some leads that run into the back I have the following two sets: 14 864 470 and 3111 118 76371.

If it helps it's the radio in my Fiat Ulysse '99 model - as far as I'm aware it's the one that came as standard.

post the numbers/letters from below the main barcode
something like 7700xxxxxxtt123 or 8200xxxxtt123 or
the security code like Q123 or T0U123
can be found in a small box to see if i can help you
off of the radio

Hi all,

I'm hoping someone can help. After disconnecting my battery to sort out my central locking I now have no radio (and some grumpy kids!)
After browsing some other threads I see lots of other numbers posted along with the serial number? Here is the serial number, PHAREFX9067168, please let me know if I need the 'other' numbers.
