i'm italian

you need to remove the radio.
they are too small holes each side of the radio
use an old metal coat hanger 4 darts or very small screwdriver or long nails.
put into holes about 4-5cms and push outwards sideways
and carefully pull radio forward.
you must do the holes on each side at the same time

Then post the numbers/letters from below the main fat barcode
something like 7700xxxxxxt123 or 8200xxxxtt123 or
the security code like Q123 or T0U123
can be found in a small box

Unfortunately, my father tried many times to insert a wrong code (instead yours) and now "ERROR" message doesn't disappear, even after 45-50 minutes of drive.

What should I do?

leave it turned on untill it resets itself can take couple of hours.

note the radio does not lockout after a wrong code entry it only doubles the time to wait before
the next retry...if a wrong code is entered it will display error then after the delay should display "0000")

Hi! Same problem here... After a battery change I have to enter the code that hasn't been provided by the vendor.
