Have you tried playing a different CD?


There is not a lot you can do with a faulty CD player apart from cleaning the laser lens with iso-propyl alcohol.


The easiest way (without having to dismantle the CD player) is to use a CD lens cleaner kit which is basically a blank CD disk with an inserted cleaning brush with cleaning fluid.


Insert the CD and the spinning disk cleans the lens



Search Ebay for " CD CLEANER"


It usually clears around 50% of CD faults ( but not all of them !)

My CD is new so its not CD fault. I read on different forum that this can be a problem with this device, some people was saying its because device "crashed" and I need to reset. I will try to reset first, Then I will see it this helped it not. If it wont help i will buy this cleaning kit. Thanks for help anyway
