I need your help please. I bought a used car with a ccrt 2008 philips. After unplug the batery, the radiocar is locked. I went to GM dealer and pay for the code with the VIN. Unfortunatly, the radio have been already changed and the update of the GM database not completed. So the code GM dealer sold to me doesn't work!

The GM serial number is GMB208X1001750.

Can you help me please?

I have checked my Philips car radio case several times, but I cannot see a serial number starting with GM0400.... anywhere on it. The only details and numbers I can see on the radio case sticker are the following:

GM PHILIPS
No: 09136106
Type: CAR 400
2F3 MADE IN GERMANY

Then there are the following two bar code numbers:
9022 213 99759 00
003 0011 27470 00

On the back of the detachable part of the radio I can see the following numbers:

GM 90506173
PA6 -GF15

1 614 438 PHILIPS

Could the correct serial number be one of the two below:
