Hi, i just bought a ford mondeo with a 5000 radio, the dealer put in a new battery and tried to enter the code that the handbook had, BUT the radio had been replaced at one point and now it does not match with the papers in the car.
Now they tried it 10 times and the radio is locked and says locked 10, how or what can i do to have tunes again ?

The radio is a FD 5000 RDS
