Fiat AD 182 H Code problem

Please help me with a code

I have locked my girlfriend's radio and she'll cut off my balls if I can't fix it....

It is an AD 182 H2
The serial on it is : FA1092Y2050997

I will be very grateful if you can help

(any advice on how I can contribute to the forum will be gratefully rceived too!)

I unlock my car radio
1391 This is code
I don't enter the code correctly

re-entering the code
Proceed as follows
-switch radio on
-keep the "TP"button pressed until the word "SAFE" appears on the display for 5 sec.
-enter code
-confirm the code number by keep "TP" button pressed until the word "SAFE" appears on the display
-after 5 sac. the code is activeted

Press preset " 1 " repeatedly for 1st Digit
Press preset " 2 " repeatedly for 2nd Digit
Press preset " 3 " repeatedly for 3rd Digit
Press preset " 4 " repeatedly for 4th Digit
If the correct code number is now shown
Press " TP " To Enter

If the serial number and code entry instructions are correct , then it is possible that your radio has been recoded to a completely different number.
