Remove the radio from the car and after all the letters and numbers on any of the labels, bar codes, and stamped metal body.

Hi all, I'm new to this site (first post) and would really appreciate some help, I recently purchased a 2005 TD4 freelander and the radio states "Locked" my friendly and really helpful landrover dealer said they were happy to help but "I would need to book the car in with them (a week on Wednesday) and they charge £85 + vat per hour, apparently it will take approx 1 hour to do the job ?????, there's a surprise ?

Anyway, the info I have from the radio unit is:

Part No: 4CFF-18c838-AC
Serial No: M017849
Model No: FL3 CD Europe
L/R No: VUX500200

Please if you can help, get in touch also as I have no service/owners booklet how do I enter the code when I get it.
