Thanks buddy that's just my luck I can't understand why the code is being declined as I was of the understanding that the radio was the original factory stock however seems not unless it's already been recoded but then why not supply the new code?
I will call the main dealer tomorrow

That should say VDO in title. Have tried removing the radio with some steel pins I had but they wont lock in properly so will have to get some proper removal keys. :cuss:

Hi my battery went flat yesterday and when I added the code I have for the radio it refused to accept it so after 3 attempts leaving me with 7 I thought I would check for the code here I know I need to get the serial number of the radio what else is needed as I have the
vin number.

and the serial No I have on the card looks like
02469 whatever that is?
