Sorry....your code will only be available from someone with access to the Main Dealer database or the unit will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service It is unlikely to be available for free from anywhere on the Internet

is it right that only gm 1500....... can get a code? is it for all gm radios the same?

No..GM=General Motors= the vehicle manufacturer ..not the radio manufacturer.

GM fit many different makes of radios into their many different makes of car.

Post the full Serial Number beginning GMxxxxxxxxxxxx on this Forum and you will be advised whether the code can be calculated for free or not.
