Sorry mate just whipped radio out and it's not the same model as written in the handbook it's actually phc8012211. Can someone please help I travel to and from hospital most days and need a radio. Sorry for wasting your time earlier hope you can help👍

Your second number makes no difference

You have been given the corrrect code.

Your radio has most likely been recoded to another number.

It will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to be decoded/recoded.
