In order to provide you a stable and fast support please follow the below mentioned steps :
1. Add Sonork ID, Yahoo Id, Skype ID to your profile so that we can buzz you when it is required and not need to wait for your reply on forum.
2. When ever you place a request place it as a request or query not as a claim or complain (for ex.: Unlockcart.com Failed etc etc.) Such post will be deleted immediately without any response.
3. There are two new thread created one is for pending orders and one is for cancellation of orders. So if you have any orders pending or for cancellation then post accordingly with all the details like order no, imei, submittion date, and your issue with it.
4. Sometimes some orders are not completed in the time specified for those orders it's my humble request to each and everyone brother we give you a specified time based of the normal average time taken for unlocking sometimes they are delayed for some reason so when you give time to your customers add a few more days and give so that it will be easy for both of us to work in a smoother way without any worries.
5. If a user has submitted a thread regarding a thread then that thread will be only for that particular request and not for any other orders or request if we find any user posting in the same thread we will delete that post immediately without any intimations.
