Help with octoplus box xamsumg 2.4.6

Hi, folks. I need help with my new octoplus box. I work at a smartphone repair station and it's finally arrived. The box was corretcly configured by a technician by skype. The computer recognizes the box and the smarphone, connected at the same, but I am having this problam. Aways I try to do something, the box says "phone connection failled", or " Proper android device not found. Make shure that "USB debug" option on the device is turned on. octoplus box". How could I activate the debugging USB if the phone is blocked or bricked, for example?

I read some tutorials talking about "*#0808#" number and "DM+Modem+ADB", but nothing happned!
