Not sure where to post, so out of respect to the moderators, posting here in order not to violate the forum rules.
1) I am looking for a good re-balling station under $2000 USD. Something that will be reliable and easy to use. My main concern is a proper removal of eMMC chips, not so much re-balling. I just want to make sure we use proper equipment to correctly heat up the eMMC chip and remove it from the phone boards without damaging or overheating the chip.
2) Can someone share at what temperatures do you remove eMMC chips? I find that if we heat them up for 4-5 minutes, they tend to get soft. Is this normal?
