ok, so far i've tried different computers, different usb cables for the box, different batteries for the phone.
I was wondering if it's not the fact the the diff between 7390 and 7390l is that one has a broadcomm 21654 and the other has a 21664, maybe the file uploaded by the ressurector of the s7390 is preventing the cpu from starting....

I was trying to recover a phone that has a bad sbl1 and sbl2 partitions (I know because it got bricked after a dd command on these).
tried the s7390 ressurector:

apparently everything got ok, but phone was still dead, so tried again:

and now I can't initialize the hardware doesn't matter what, always return this 0x81 error even when trying dcc access.
what does this error means?
