blaupunkt vuaxhall/opel corsa radio code needed

Hi, I just bought a vuaxhall/opel corsa 2001. the old owner told me, that he didnt drive the car for long time and the battery went dead. after I changed my battery, the radio went to safe mode. I tried the code which the old owner gave me on a card sized paper with the code on it, but the radio doesn't accept this code. I think the radio is changed in the past. So PLZ if someone can help me with this code. here is some information about my radio.

it's a blaupunkt radio/cassette.
