Riff box Emmc test

Hi all,

Is there a way to test emmc is good or not with riff box because I lost 2 days with one htc 820 until I realized that the emmc that i change is bad.
I had to test it with another box because I did not find this option in jtag manager.

What kind of test You had in mind ?

I suppose You had "read only" chip, which can be checked by write/readback operation from emmc plugin.


To protect our "not-so-bright" customers we intentionally omitted pattern test because it would cause more troubles than good. Many users have this habit of clicking buttons and asking what it does later.


To see if chip really accepted data, finish resurrection and after that parse it with emmc plugin. There You can view hex content or file system for each partition.
