                    Are You sure that all pins have good connection ? This looks like some pin is not connected.


                    As for log, You can copy log from software interface, no need to post here date/time from log file.

                        To me it looks like some pin is missing.

                        Just in case, try with usb cable, without battery, and holding power button. Otherwise double check soldering and make sure that everything is connected properly.


                        There is chance that pinout might be wrong, but highly unlikely.

                          :-( i have used two cable ...i don't now where is the problem ,it's a simple pinout very easy solder... cable are tested (i used riff 6 years :-) ) strange problem i'm not able to repair original imei the phone have s-off and special cid ,i have tryed by irkey and give me error located imei ...strange problem.

                            You can write CID and IMEI via adb. Read info and list partitions, cant remember now exactly but should be prod_info or like that.
                            dd to sd card, manual probably exists on xda dev.
