The phone will not boot into operating system need to retrieve data Keeps boot looping how would JTag this to retrieve the data ??

Data is encrypted and can be accessed only from device it self, with running system.


Have You tried to flash system and boot from fastboot ?

Can I reFlash the Software or communicate with it through fastboot ...??
No USB debugging turned on So I figured I Figured t would Not able to communicate with ..😞
