Hello!Try open Phone and see if is any hardware problem.If flash don't
solve you need try another solution- open Phone and see if all is ok.

Hello! Try to connect the phone in boot mode and run flashing procedure.

I have the exact problem with the Motorola W490, i was unlocking via testpoint and it stopped at 85% and then stuck in bootloader with PH SIG ERR 39:02. i TRIED flashing it and it keeps getting disconnected. Please assist me with this problem. thanks
