Very possible that ISP pins aren't visible at all. Or, it could be like on E5363.
On some Alcatel models data0 track is under two layers of gnd shield.



We can't get sample phone, but in case if eMMC desoldering I think we could assemble repair pack.

It could help, but must be hi resolution and focused properly. Of course, just some guidelines, we cant determine pins just by looking at picture.
