cannot connect LG h791

hi guys
after wrong firmware flash phone got dead now want to repair phone but cannot conect to riff box i have tried every thing but not sucessfull.

Open serial port...OK
Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK
Firmware Version: 1.49 (RIFFBOX1), JTAG Manager Version: 1.76

Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card...ERROR
Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.69V, SD_CLK Frequency is 2.50 MHz

Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card Failed (ERR[0071], POS[0001])

unable to connect plz help

Select corresponding interface on JTAG Manager and of course double check the pinout and wires.
