      Is this same phone log ? In first log eMMC controller was in panic mode.
      You might need to replace eMMC chip, maybe.

          This is sign that something is wrong with eMMC, because it shows default size, shown by controller in panic mode.

          Before jumping to conclusion You should first use logic and think about possible reasons for this to happen, e.g. cold soldering under emmc or insufficient power.

          How did phone died and how did you connected it exactly ?

              Start with VCCIO set to 1.8 and increase in small steps - e.g. 2.0, 2.2 etc.
              I think 2.8 could be too much.
