Today I finally got chanc to read MTK based Samsung, and everything worked properly (read/write test).
I used RIFF 2 hardware, with 3.3 Vcc and 1.8v VccIO, no power supplied to phone.

I am not sure, but i thought the problem is bad emmc, or the main partition of emmc is went wrong, unlike other emmc box, riff still cant use /or not intended to fix such damage considering emmc has arrive at the end of it's life.

This file is empty (nothing is read).
Make sure to have 100 ohms pull up resistors, that CLK is disconnected from phone CPU to eMMC (CLK resistor needs to be removed) and to set clock to ~ 900KHz.

I thought it was emmc problem, sir.. the emmc has arrive at the end of its life, the emmc user partition written succesfully , bot nothing to read.. due to damage of emmc internal partition
on other emmc box there is emmc repartition feature, to fix it.. but in fact ,,,, the emmc has arrive at the end of its life..

but on samsung device using pit patition, riff will recognize ...
