It seem there's been some action in the thread, and I missed all of it.
So I tested the xxx connections and I wasn't able to make it work. I had already removed the 100 Ohms resistor after the answer by Legija, and I wasn't able to put back the CMS of CLK and CMD (one flew away, never found it again)
I measured the current for the 1.8v and 2.8v inputs and got:
1.8v : 110mA (and about 1A if no power from the USB connector or battery)
2.8v : 7mA
also the resistance between GND and CLK, CMD, D0 is > 1.5Mohm
But I still get :
(I also tried 1Mhz but it didn't change anything)Code:Open serial port...OK Connecting to the RIFF Box...OK Firmware Version: 1.41 (RIFFBOX2), JTAG Manager Version: 1.65 Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card...ERROR Set I/O Voltage reads as 2.81V, SD_CLK Frequency is 600 KHz Connecting to the SD/eMMC Card Failed (ERR[006E], POS[0003])
While I was checking my connections I also checked the others places to connect the GND and 1.8v that are easier to get, see attached pic (it miss the second shorting point).
DISCLAIMER: the way to connect IS NOT FROM ME!! (so pay due respect to the original source)
If anyone has an idea, I'll check it, except if it include the use of a hammer or any other violent method, even if it would work great as a stress reliever
