i 9070 imei ok but baseband xxxx

hello sir, i got i9070 for repair emergency call only then i try to repair ime with z3x but getting error then i try this method

I9070 Need Write 2 Partition For Repair Imei And BaseBand:

Partition 5 EFS
Partition 6 Modem_FS

Here is Tutorial:
1-Open eMMC Plugin

2-Click "Load Layout From Device"

3-Right Click on Partition 5 and Select "Injeckt Data From File"
4-Select "I9070_EFS.bin

5-Then,Right Click on Partition 6 and Select "I9070_Modem_FS.bin"

--------------------
6-Select Both Partition By Double Clicking

7-Press "Write Selected"

After Write,Check Phone For Imei And BaseBand...Some Device Needed Flash Firmware and Make 2 Wipe From CWM or Stock Recovery(3e)


after that i got imei ok but baseband XXXX now what i do plz help me
