Friend I think is not Rocker Problem.But cable or Phone.
Try test Rocker with another Phone.

If work in P-key is not Card Problem but Reader.
If work with P-key reader is Reader problem.

Friend!You can buy only Rocker Box!
If box have any Problem buy another is not expansive
about 20 dollares.You can use another reader. Test with
correct driver, and check Socket card, if is not damage or
with any bad contact with card.
