  • A question about eMMC adapter

    Dear All,

Just purchased a eMMC adapter from g2mark but some confusion needs your help:

    PIC No: 1

    1) What is the use of those switches marked 1 and 2
    2) Does an usb connection required?
    3) VCC and VCCQ, VCC is 3.3 V and VCCQ is 1.8V is this correct?
    4) After purchasing this adapter does any mod required in the box?

    PIC NO: 2

    1) Again there are 2 more switches. What is the use?

    Please explain this..

    best regards

    Hi, I don't have that adapter...but ok:

    Pic 1
-1: is for to active the resistors, "on" is pull-up, is for more quality on connection.
    -2: yes!!!!,
only it is not obligatory, when in some cases, such as qualcomm, vcc and vccq can not be connected, but the direct usb is connected to the telephone.
    -3: vcc = 2.8v or 3.3v .... vccq = 1.8, 2.8 or 3.3
    -4: any

    - answered on question 3 of pic 1.
