The riff box would not connect. I also attempted to install on another PC. Same result. How to recover from bas firmware update ?
    Thanks for any advise.

Box has new firmware which requires new drivers now.

You can get the new drivers from RIFF Box – eMMC/JTAG support | Rocker Team Flashing Interface - > downloads section.

Thanks for your reply. I tried to install the newdrivers (on Windows 32bits XP SP3) but I get an error 39. JTAG Manager recognizes the Box and asks for driver installation.

Consider that Windows XP is obsolete, and You could "upgrade" to less old Windows 7 . . .

OK. I will try on "newer" systems ... (W10). Congrats for the forum.

By the way, with Windows XP the problem is solved using USBDeview to view and delete the previous installed driver for the original box firmware.
